were relaxing for a few weeks until we have to start gearing up for tour and I can't wait - it feels like warped was 10 years ago! the best part is that we get to do this all over again in support of our new record "Attics to Eden". pretty soon we're gonna start begging you guys to help us spread the word about the new record. you all know how much we appreciate you and everything you've done for us. this is the most excited ML has ever been.. our new record has surpassed our greatest expectations and were desperate to share it. it's looking like a late March, 2009 release so from now til then we'll be posting tons of blogs, bulletins, webisodes and all kinds of sheit. if you're down - we'd love for you to join our mailing list at ...

"Attics To Eden" update 2

yo, happy halloween !! so we're about 1/2 way done with vocals for "Attics" which means we're getting closer and closer to hitting the road in support of it. There are some huge tour announcements coming soon and we'll be updating everyone via video blogs and webisodes which we'll be releasing once a week until the record comes out. the first one is already up at htt://www.madinalake.com so go check it ! we've been documenting the entire recording process so you guys can see exactly what goes into making a Madina Lake record. in the 5 or 6 weeks we've been in jersey we have gone through so much you can't imagine. the pressure, stress and sheer enthusiasm of making a 2nd record is impossible to describe but at the end of the day, we've put together a record that i can almost guarantee we'll never be able to top in the future lol. i suppose for now that's a good thing. we miss you all - it feels like we've been gone forever - but get ready for a huge, long, and amazing album cycle. we can't thank you all enough for the support- here we go again !
